Knightstone Housing Association
The mechanical and engineering works for an office block to serve as the new Headquarters for Knightstone Housing Association.
This new, state-of-the art building was constructed for Knightstone Housing Association on the Weston Gateway Business Park in Worle, near Weston-Super-Mare, close to junction 21 of the M5 motorway.
As the organisation’s new Headquarters, the 40,000 square foot office space will be home to 230 permanent staff over three floors. The build went above and beyond building standards and aims to achieve a BREEAM rating of very good.
