Creating safe access for students and staff at Marldon Hall, University of Exeter, with new intelligent external lighting systems.

Completed in October 2023, INTOHEAT designed and built intelligent external lighting systems, applied to the exterior of the residential building. This new system not only creates safe access for students and staff, but also has a reporting system in place for maintenance use, facilitating the on-site maintenance team in conducting efficient upkeep activities.
