University of Exeter Northcote House Plant Room

Commercial Case Study

To strip out the existing plant room of which had come to the end of its functional life and replace with new energy efficient plant and controls.

Time scales to carry out the works were tight and our engineers worked around the clock to achieve the successful completion to ensure the heating was ready for the colder months. We worked off-site to pre-fabricate as much of the installation as we could to reduce time on site.

We also had to keep areas of the building heated during exam times.
