V Sim Engineering Building

Exeter Science Park Ltd (ESPL) is developing a three storey building on the Exeter Science Park site, which will be leased to University of Exeter (UoE) for use as an engineering research building incorporating a vibration simulator hall where the installation has to be installed at a plus or minus of 2mm.

The space provides a flexible and adaptable building which is cost efficient and has a high gross/net floor space ratio. Other than the v-simulator hall, the remainder of the building has flexible open floor spaces, independently accessible from the core, which can be used for combinations of office and dry lab use. The core area will include toilets, accessible toilets and shower, passenger lift and service risers. Floors are capable of being leased individually, combined and sub-divided. Furthermore, associated vehicle access, yard area, car parking, bin and bike stores.
