Complete mechanical and engineering installation for a new-build, 14 class primary school on a greenfield site.
Effective, efficient and responsive project planning was key due to preparations around the school for the new term starting in September, immediately after completion. Staff required access throughout the final month of construction, by which point all M&E works had to be fully operational and the site safe for final use in those areas.
