Last night INTOHEAT’s Managing Director, Craig Timbrell and Apprentice, Edward Martin, attended the On Site Bristol’s Annual Apprentice Awards, where they could once again celebrate Edward’s achievements.

Ed was nominated for Electrical Apprentice of the Year and won! It’s a fantastic honour and a well-deserved recognition of his hard work and determination for his time with INTOHEAT.

INTOHEAT (along with all the other employers) were also acknowledged for our “outstanding contribution to developing and supporting future construction professionals” an accolade we are very grateful to receive. We are proud of our apprenticeship programme, it’s a vital alternative to further education such as college or university. We strive to provide training and employment within the local community, investing 17% of our workforce in apprenticeships, sponsored higher education, and graduate schemes. Every apprentice is fully supported from day one to programme end, accelerating their long-term growth and the development of invaluable skills.

On Site Bristol have been supporting the construction industry in Bristol with their apprenticeship needs since 1996. They offer construction apprenticeship training programmes in 7 key ‘On Site’ trades, including electricians. The 2024 awards were presented by the Lord Mayor, Andrew Varney and On Site Apprenticeships Manager, Darren Perkins.
