January Winner: Chloe Bacon

We’re delighted to recognise Chloe Bacon, our HR Operations Manager, as January’s winner of our Safety Reporting Voucher for her proactive approach to keeping colleagues safe.

On the first day back after the Christmas break, Chloe narrowly avoided a fall when she slipped on ice in the car park outside our Bristol office. Chloe immediately reported the near miss using our QR code reporting system. Her quick action highlighted a potential risk and led directly to a grit bin being installed outside the office for everyone to use.

Thanks to Chloe’s vigilance, we were able to reduce the likelihood of slips, trips and falls – one of the most common causes of workplace injuries and take swift preventative action.

This is a great example of how individual awareness and accountability contribute to a safer environment for all. By speaking up, Chloe helped us take swift action and prevent potential accidents. It’s exactly the kind of positive safety culture we want to encourage across INTOHEAT’s organisation.

Chloe was presented with her voucher by Shane Head, Retail Director at INTOHEAT, and commented: “I am pleased to have contributed to maintaining a safe working environment. It’s a lovely thing to be recognised for raising concerns and certainly conducive in forming a supportive workplace for all employees.
