An expansion into new office space in Liverpool has consolidated INTOHEAT’s existing presence in the Midlands and the North and provided operatives with a formal base.

As part of INTOHEAT’s continued growth, the business has recently taken on space in the Plaza building in Liverpool, providing 2 satellite operatives with a dedicated office. The Liverpool team moved into the workspace on Monday 28th February.

Provided by Bruntwood Works, the space includes a range of facilities including restaurants, cafes and bars, a communal lounge, fitness studio, showers and a range of quiet break out zones and meeting rooms. Less than a five minute walk from Moorfields train station, the workspace is well connected and highly convenient for the team and clients alike.

One of the largest mechanical and electrical building services companies in the South West, this geographical expansion marks a new chapter for INTOHEAT’s Northern and Midlands-based projects. Dedicated to its South West roots and committed to supported the local community, INTOHEAT is likewise seeking to open additional branches across the UK.

The new office marks the first of many expansions, joining existing premises in Bristol and Exeter. From INTOHEAT’s dedicated premises in the Plaza building, the team will have a convenient base from which to meet northern clients and coordinate regional projects. As part of a wider national expansion strategy, the space will enable INTOHEAT to accelerate its growth across the UK.
