We’re marking this event by proudly announcing our achievement of ISO 45001, the International Standard in health and safety! This is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our staff and supply chain in collaboration, communication, encouraging and promoting teamwork and ownership of health and safety responsibilities.

Investing in the safety and wellbeing of our people.

Over the past few years, we have invested heavily in our commitments to health and safety, believing in and encouraging personal development for all of our staff and supply chain. We’re also members of The 5% Club: a UK scheme that promotes the provision of “earn and learn” skills and training opportunities for at least 5% of our workforce.

We have also invested in a mental health awareness scheme, training staff to become Mental Health First Responders and promoting our Employee Assistance Programme, which is free and confidential for all of our valued employees.
