To provide additional teaching space for laboratory and construction training use.
We were responsible for the full refurbishment of the M&E services within the Industry Skills Building and 3rd Floor Laboratories. We had to overhaul the existing building and teaching space under considerable time constraints and had to return the area back to a regular teaching space within 12 weeks.
