Intoheat Ltd Apprentice Selected for Outstanding Achievement Award 2020/21

Jack Phillips, an apprentice at Intoheat Ltd, has been selected for an Apprentice Outstanding Achievement Award by On Site Bristol in recognition of his hard work, resilience and determination.

Apprentice Jack Philips has gone above and beyond, making exceptional progress through his training and receiving remarkable results for his assessments. In recognition of this, On Site Bristol have selected him for their Apprentice Outstanding Achievement Award 2020/21.

The uncertain times of the COVID-19 might have proved a hinderance to some, but Jack Philips has shown great determination. He thrived in spite of the global situation, becoming a role model for other apprentices. During training assessments, he demonstrated a comprehensive grasp of the material, and has continued to make commendable progress during practical onsite work.

His training officer, Katrina Payne, nominated him for the accolade because he achieved excellent results in his exams despite joining the programme late, and has continued to develop and flourish throughout Year One and Two of the programme.

She had this to say: “Jack has put great effort into his NVQ, kept up with remote learning, and has become a highly valued member of the onsite team at Intoheat Ltd.”
